This is a cozy sunny bungalow with originally 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The house is located in a well-established area at La siesta, Torrevieja.

The home has converted the last bedroom into a dining room, but can be converted into 2 bedrooms again.

There is a garden on both sides of the house, and you therefore have sun all day. When you enter the garden, you have plenty of space for seating areas and sunbeds. At the entrance to the house there is an awning, as this side has morning sun. You then enter a spacious living room, with an American kitchen, and 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. Then a cozy dining room with room for many. From here it leads out to the garden at the back, which also has its own exit. There is a storage room here, and you can enjoy the afternoon/evening sun here.

Communal swimming pool right next to the house, and a short walk to restaurants. Great walking areas by the salt lake, and cycle path all the way to the sea in Torrevieja.

40 minutes by car to Alicante airport.
