El Campello is a beautiful seaside town of the Costa Blanca which is just 20 minutes away from the city centre of the capital of the province Alicante and it's international airport. It has over 23 km of amazing beaches and coves with crystal clear waters such as Playa Muchavista and L'Amerador. El Campello is also privileged to enjoy 19 degrees average annual temperature and 250 days of sunshine. This quaint coastal town also has an incredible historical heritage such as the Roman site La Illeta dels Banyets or the Torres de Vigia which make El Campello stand out from other towns in the area. With a total population of around 28,000 inhabitants, El Campello has a stable number of residents all year round with the obvious increase in Summer and this allows for a town with all the services you would expect from a large town such as excellent high speed internet connections and regular public transport such as the TRAM, a local train service which will take you quickly and cheaply into the heart of Alicante or up to Benidorm, Calpe and even Denia. The fiestas of this town are no better represented than by the fabulous "Mores and Christians" with their stunning outfits and wondrous spectacle of light and gunpowder which is carried out once a year.
